Josh Brolin and Diane Lane have officially divorced

Josh Brolin and Diane
Lane have finalized their
divorce at Los Angeles'
County Superior Court
on November 27. The
couple were
married for
eight years before
announcing their
separation earlier this
year. She initiated the
divorce in February,
citing "irreconcilable
differences".

In the divorce
documents, Brolin and
Lane met the middle in
the financial agreement,
which is kept private. The " Cinema Verite " actress will not
seek spousal support from Brolin and will reportedly drop
"Brolin" from her legal name.
Lane was previously married to actor Christopher Lambert
and had one daughter with him. Brolin was married to
actress Alice Adair with whom he has one son and one
daughter.

Brolin recently entered himself to rehab for substance
abuse. "He realized he needed help and is committed to his
sobriety," an insider told Us Weekly. The " Gangster Squad"
actor has been battling addiction to alcohol which led him
to some incidents last month. He got into a bar fight with a
security guard at O'Briens Irish Pub in Santa Monica,
California and rear-ended a taxi before speeding off.

CNN anchor Erin Burnett welcomes baby boy

Congratulations are in order
for Erin Burnett and her
husband David Rubulotta. It's
just confirmed that the CNN
anchor, 37, gave birth to a

healthy baby boy on Friday,
November 29. It's her first
child with the Citigroup
managing director.
"Dave and I welcomed a
healthy, happy baby boy at
9:47 p.m. Friday November
29th," the TV presenter told
PEOPLE. "He weighed in at 8
lbs., 10 oz." The new mom
added, "Seeing him for the
first time was the most awe-inspiring, joyful moment of our
lives."

Burnett and Rubulotta got engaged in September 2011 after
being together for eight years. The couple then tied the knot
in 2012 at New York's City Hall. The "Erin Burnett OutFront"
host announced her pregnancy this summer.
It's a double joy for the couple. Aside from getting a
precious Thanksgiving delivery, the new parents are also
going to celebrate their one-year wedding anniversary later
in December.

After the rather amazing diver Tom won himself a bronze
medal in the 10m platform diving event, Girls Aloud star,
Chezza sent him a message.
“Congratulations @TomDaley1994.. You did us all
proud.. !! Now you should have some free time to teach
me that dive !! :D,” she Tweeted as the nation’s
eyebrows raised in unison.
“I will :) we need to get it organised! I will DM you
now :),” he replied as the nation’s eyeballs popped out.
Cheryl started her ‘get Tom’s attention’ campaign the
week before when she posted: “I think you are amazing!
Will you teach me how to swan dive?"
Tom immediately replied: “Of course!!! But first you need
to follow me ;)”
This of course meant they could send private messages
to each other.
Cheryl posted, “Deal” before following him.
After the Olympics Tom told The People how Ms Cole
had helped him with the stress of the competition: “I
listened to a bit of Cheryl Cole to get me through,” he
said.
Nothing came of the romance (that we know of) and
Cheryl quickly moved on to date her backing dancer Tre
Holloway.
Just earlier this year Tom said he didn’t have time for a
relationship and that he was “married to his trunks”.
Speaking ahead of the celebrity diving show Splash!
Which he presented, Tom revealed: “I am not the kind of
person who thinks a relationship is right for me at the
moment. I would rather be single. If someone comes
along who understands diving is first, then that could
work but until that happens I am going to be single. I am
married to my trunks.”

But Tom announced on Twitter and via a YouTube video
that he’s found someone special, who just happens to be

and everything just feels great.
